Be thankful you get to learn at all.
The power goes out during a storm,
Be thankful for the house that is keeping you warm.
You are punished for being back after curfew,
Be thankful that there are people who look after you.

Be thankful that you have parents who give you the best.
You stay home sick with the flu,
Be thankful you have doctors to help cure you.
