Break Free
All around is judgment
It creeps up on you like a shadow in the dark
Watch out! Your being judged. Closer, closer, closer
It comes to consume you like night
Consumes day or fall consumes summer
You struggle to break free
Its chains have you trapped
How do you break free?
You don’t you take it in
Like a deep breath and exhale all the negatives,
An algebra equation. Whats left?
Something judgment can't follow
Something it can't poison
Life protects you from judgment
Like a mother cradling her child
So whats left? You
All the positives and protection life has to offer you
No longer and average butterfly in a field
A beautiful, vibrant, thorn less red rose
In a field of average daisies
