Do you really know that,
Scattered emotions encircle my heart as it speeds rapidly,
I Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out.
I struggle with the pressure, the pull, the weight of the world,

I struggle with the vivid memories, all coming back.
Sometimes I want to scream, shout, and cry.
Pulling,
Pulling,
All on the weight of my shoulders.

Do you really know how,
My heart beat gets heavier and heavier,
I Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out.
My thoughts race faster,

The screams get louder,
The shaking takes over.
Clawing,
Clawing ,

All on the weight of my shoulders.

Do you really know all,
The worries that simultaneously set in,
I Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out.
I take one long deep gasp of cleansing air,
The thoughts escape my body and mind,

I let out the breath of air and it all comes storming back.
Shaking,
Shaking,
All on the weight of my shoulders.

Do you really know that it takes,
Hours to go by, this ends.
I Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out.

It's over, now I wait,
Wait for the next time my body will be tangled in this trap,
The trap I can't escape, the trap that holds me with nowhere to go.
Waiting,
Waiting,
All on the weight of my shoulders.
