Apple
Apple in my hand,
The way you shine so,
Almost seductive,
Your red shows passion,
But somehow you have green,
Yes green,
But what is it?
To me green gives it that softness,
It evens you out,
You’re not like the rest of them,
You have two sides of you,
Red,
That hot fiery passion,
But then that subtle green,
Once I take a bite I will really see your true colours,
What you’re made of,
But ohh,
Had you deceived me?
Or was it me all along just playing myself?
Never mind,
You was sweet all round,
You’re just an apple,
Nothing special
