June the Month of Fun

June is the best time of the year

At least that is what I hear

In June there is always fun

Also there is is sun

In June there is pools and parks

You can also see the Saint Louis Arch

In June there is lemonade and ice

To me that sounds very nice

There will always be the heat and rain

But I always want June to come again

Sometimes we hate the heat

But the cold will not beat

Just like December it is a time to remember

June is a time to rejoice

Now I hear the voice

Of the bells and carols of Santa Claus

With all the lights causing oohs and awes

Then I see Christmas is here for me

And for all others who believe

Christmas is the best of all

From the gifts to the cookies and fudge

Even with the school work it beats June through July

I know for I see the love through my eyes

For no one cries

Santa is coming to town
