Free Falling Forever
I fell once, or twice, I mean to say a lot of times
It seems harder each time you have to get back up
Eventually you don’t want to get back up
You just get tired, and just lie there on the ground
And you just to decide to give up
I just look at how happy everyone else is
Being with their significant other; and being happy
Always watching others be happy with their lives
And me just trying to get some of that in my life
Watching all your friends go out all the time with their girls
Then me, just sitting there, alone
I start to feel like i'm trying to escape a deep hole
And everytime I get close to the top
I mess up a step
And I fall back to the very bottom of the whole
Where I lay, stranded and hopeless
Waiting for someone to pull me up
But that person never shows up
And I just lay there and regret the decisions I made
that got me in the hole in the first place
