Panic attack

Breath comes quick
As it begins
The chest gets tight
As it flows
The head gets clouded
As it blows
The heart drops
As it crows
The body looses control
As it grows
The head pounds
As it burrows
Need a paper bag
As it explodes
Breath comes easy
As it goes
The panic attack ends
To return agin
