Self-harm
Self-Harm is a drug, and like all drug its easier to begin than to quit. People who don't consume don't understand how hard it is to quit. It's an addiction that you love. It's that rush you get when you feel your body react to it. That feeling you get for a couple minutes, that feeling of being alive. You know what you're doing, you know exactly how much to consume with out overdosing. You go through out the day having to take insults from people, having to deal with the bullshit that surrounds you and the only way to feel better is to consume. It damages you without you even noticing. You say you can quit whenever you want but the truth is you can't. The more you do it, the more addicted you become & the more you love it. The only thing this drug leaves behind are scars. Scars that symbolize how strong you are and how much bullshit you've over come. And this is why you wont quit, because you think consuming is the only solution. You feel like this is the only way to cope with your problems. But the reality is you need help. Professional help. And even if you do seek help and stay clean, it will always be there waiting for you to relapse. But you just need to remind yourself that you are stronger than your addiction and keep moving forward.
