Don't Be Sad Forever
Don't be sad forever, my mother said.
This storm will pass one day, but you won't get back the
days you've wasted,
You won't get back the wrinkles formed on your forehead.
The sun will shine again and once it does you must be
happy in order to appreciate its beauty.
Your heart will heal soon but the longer you dwell, the
longer it will take.
The longer it takes, the more opportunities you waste.
Don't let tiny blemishes in your life affect you so much,
Because if you let people see you are down, they will kick
you down even further.
If you show that you are weak, they will win.
Do not give them that satisfaction.
So please my darling, don't be sad forever, my mother
said.
