Lightless Days

Fire will no longer burn the night sky.
The calming waters will begin to riot.
Trees will fall limp-
And I will disappear.
Birds left with no song-
Will sing with sadness.
Warm waters grow cold with anger.
And life will disappear.
The world will grow dark,
With no hope.
The night grows strong-
As days are filled with darkness.
