A thought cannot be crossed without pertaining to you
The only selfish act is sleep but nevertheless to dream
To dream of the glow that is your essence
My nerves get the best of me because I ponder instead of do
In these midnight visions there holds a recurring theme
I beg please but I speak out of adolescence
In the contradiction for your love and the timidness to pursue
Afraid or more so frightened of a broken heart I deem
Only to be forgotten in a moment’s notice since I am awakened by a kiss of luminescence
I ask please, oh please let I be new
Save me from dream
Love help me, love convalescence
