Remove dark clouds
From my line of vision
Clear the skies of darkness
And doubt.
Create a bright light
To illuminate my life
And sweep away the gloom
To leave a shining finish.
Make a wind to arise
And blow away the mist
Leaving the air fresh
And the light brilliant.
Cause the greenery to sprout
And color the world
Flecking the land
With life and beauty.
Breathe life into the earth
To awaken the inert
And give to them time
To accomplish that which was lost.
