My paradise surrounded by waters so poisonous
Each sip brings me closer to the core of my happiness
To the core of my eradication
Reality embarks on quest so futile
Trying to break these nights
I can see the dismay in my mother’s eyes
Even she can’t do anything about it
It’s my motivation
My loud secret
Everyone knows
Not the content
Not my inner emotions
Not MY story
Only rumors and what they think
My paradise is swallowing my soul
And my family with it
