Life isn't perfect
It will knock you down
It will bathe in your sadness
It will joke at your failures
It will bully you
and harass you
and make you miserable
But today is not your day.
Because through it all
You stand strong
You have faith in yourself
You see good in others even when they show you the bad
You will have hope
even when hope is lost and
emerge a fighter
because there
will
be better days

one day
