I'd like to sleep.
Calmly and intimately.
To be in a place of peace.
To be in a place of comfort.
Is that too much to ask?
Just once,
I'd like to love.
Perfectly and immensely.
To be in a place of joy.
To be in a place of blithe.
Is that too much to ask?
Just once,
I'd like to be with you.
Foreverly and always.
To be in a place of completion.
To be in a place of emotion.
Is that too much to ask?
And all at once,
We will be one.
From beginning to end.
In a place of love.
In a place of slumber.
That's all I ask.
