Tongue-tied is the worst feeling
When you’re shoved onto a stage for all
The world to see
And how much worse for me, because you are
My world
And I’m expected to perform love
Ballads
And there’s always
An encore;
It’s not that I hate the limelight or
Don’t like the
Work,
I just don’t think anything I’ll ever write
Deserves your
Applause.
