With light in our eyes we set out.
The world at our fingertips.
No one could understand the true meaning
Behind our eyes.
The adventure.
The anxiety.
The awe.
We stepped out into the world unknown.
Not knowing
How our days will end.
I look over
Meeting your eyes.
Knowing that we're ready.
To face anything life heads our way.
