I am a basketball player

I hear the crowd screaming my name
I see the crowd standing and cheering

I dream I will be the best ever
I believe I will bring my team to glory

I am a basketball player
I understand I have to push myself to be great

I try to be the best I can
I worry I won’t be the best I can

I feel as if basketball is all I am
I am a basketball player
