Behind My Smile

No One Cares
They smile in your face, they really
dont care.
If you reach out for help would they really be
there?
No one cares for you feelings so why even
complain?
Throw a fake smile on my face even through
pain.
If you really were there could I borrow an
ear?
To exress my pains and gains to let my sarrow
disapear.
No one cares
at the end of the day
Even shedding a few tears wont make my pains
go away.
If I wemper and groan theirs still
no one there
So if you ask me whats wrong
my reply,
No One Cares ....
