I come from a guy whose life
Growing up wasn’t easy
I come from a city that’s now
Struggling and poor
I come from the youngest of everybody else
I come from a family of success
I come from a place where there are high expectations
I come from a place
Where work will be done
I come from be in before
The street lights come on
I come from a place where bruises and scratches
From playing outside was the norm
I come from get up and be active
I come from Honor GOD…
I come from get good grades or else…
