When I brush my teeth
I carefully start
with my left molars,
then I move to the
right side. When they are
sufficiently clean
I move to my pre-
molars. Left then right.
Next are my canines.
Left then right. Then my
incisors. I scrub
my tongue then rinse. This
all completed with
a perfect sphere of
toothpaste, zero point
seven five centi-
metres wide.

When I dress I dress
exactly how I
want the world to see
me. I put on the
clothes I laid out the
night before. They are
ironed and clean. I
put them on, socks first,
left then right, then pants.
Then shirt, then cuff links,
left then right, then I
do the buttons up.
Top to bottom. I
put my coat on, left
arm in first. Then I
put my shoes on so
I can leave.

When I eat I look
at the menu so
carefully. I don’t
want to choose the wrong
meal. When it arrives
I declutter the
plate. Vegetables in
the top third. Meat in
the bottom left third
and carbohydrates
in the bottom right
third. I chew slowly.
I do not eat blue
food. I do not eat
foods that are multi
coloured. I don’t eat
messy food.

When I work I put
things in boxes. I
show people, places,
and land where they should
be. I write it down
for them in case they
forget. I reduce
the complexity
of the world, I put
it on paper. Clear
and concise. I show
you the entire world
in the simplest way
possible. I look
at that paper and
know I organised
the world, left to right.
