One Way

The street
with just one way
goes straight
on and on.
My eyes perceive
the triangle landscape
cement and trees and sky
married at point forever.
I used to think infinity
But now I know from linguistics
It’s simply because
Our eyes judging distance can only judge so far.
I used to think creatively
Now it’s a stubborn muscle
Journalism says objectivity is key.
No opinion?
No wonder?
Of course, education is necessary
Can one be overeducated?
Learning to unlearn the beauty of life.
It goes
Straight forever.
Maybe I’ll take a turn.
