As an infant when I cried for the first time,
Never did I imagine that cry would turn into a battle cry,
When I was a toddler I fell off my bike and my father would pick me up and comfort me,
Never did I think that years later when I fell I would have to pick myself up and force myself not to feel the pain,
When I was a young child learning how to swim I would keep treading the water to improve my skills,
Never did I think that later I would have to swim in the ocean of sorrows and struggle to stay afloat,
As an older child I made bonds with family members and friends,
Never did I think that some of those people would turn into my greatest enemies,
And now I've waged war on those who try to destroy me and my morlaes,
But never did I think that I would become one of the strongest warriors of all,
