I wish you didnt have my halls
Im trying really hard
not to look in your direction
becuase even though i think we live
in two seperate universes now
your eyes create a bridge
connecting what we used to be
to the strangers we are now
the hallway becomes a sandy beech
on an atv with your cousin
on the last day of spring break
and the people become shallow waves
gently lapping the shore
and for a second we love eachother
and i would never let you go
but only for a second
after that i remeber swallowing doses of cough syrup
becuase you made me want to die
without the commintment
and an entire summer spent in my room
or thats what it feels like
all alone
