Butterfly Kisses from a Blade
I smile big
Laugh at everything
But underneath
Im going insane
I cry each night
At the emptiness I feel
I wake up
In the middle of the night
With echos of laughter
At my life
I tremble as the voices taunt me
Screaming words
I know are true
Silent whispers of death
And things like I hate you
I grab for a blade
Start cutting
My blood drips
Down my wrist
The numbing of those scary words
And for just one second
My minds at bliss
But sure enough when its
Quite and ive quite
Thoses words come back
And I let the blade
Kiss my wrist
