You're constantly being brought to my attention
To fall so hard for you, it wasn't my intention
But things dont always go the way we plan
I'll try to forget you, but I dont think I can
Some memories just dont fade away
And no matter how hard I try to forget, it crosses my mind everyday
I dont want to be reminded of something we used to have
So dont remind me of the way we used to laugh
Dont remind me of all the sweet things that you said
But even if I tried to forget, those memories wouldn't leave my head
Dont remind me of all the things we went through
All the good times and bad times I had with you
Dont remind me because I just want to forget
Because the thought of us apart gets me upset
I dont need to be reminded of all the good times that we shared
Especially now, since that love isn't there
There's no doubt that I love you, but I have to love myself too
So dont remind me of anything that has to do with me and you

This is the first poem that I've decided to post on here. This is new, I wrote it this morning because I was so exciting to put something up, so... enjoy!
