She’s happy
She’s smiley
She’s carefree
On the outside
She loves
She sings
She smiles
But
On the inside
She’s dying
She’s crying
She’s hurt
On the inside
She cries
She sighs
She sleeps
But
She won’t show
What’s on the inside
She won’t show
Anything’s wrong
So
If she seems happy
Or
If she seems peaceful
Show her you love her
Show her someone cares
On the outside
She’s strong
On the outside
She laughs
But
On the inside
She’s weak and
On the inside
She dies
