Trust Me
you said trust me
 and I was so stupid
 I did
 I did so much
you said you could handle anything
 and I gave you
 everything I had
 let you see me
 so sad
I let you see my madness
 You said trust me
 trust me
but you couldn't take everything I was
 every detail
 I revealed
 scared you more
 and you tried
 I know you did
 but the days passed
 and I told you more
 you couldn't take it
 all my issues
 were caving in
 all my sins
 how could I expect you
 to take it all
 when the same things
 make me cry at night
made me want to lose my sight
 you said trust me
and I wanted to so bad
 I told you everything
 and you ran away
horrified by the things I'd done
 I'm sorry
 I opened your eyes
 to the horror I live
 Trust me
 never again.
