Faced with life or faced with death
I'll stand by you til my last breath
Though times look grim
We won't cave in
Let's stand and fight until the end
As chaos rains around the lane
I'll work to wash away the pain
You stood by me, you helped me through
Just know that I'll be there for you
I trust in you, you trust in me
The best of friends we'll always be~

I wrote this poem for a friends birthday, someone who is special to and needs to know it. I hope everyone else enjoys it, too. :) (By the way- The title in no way is related to anyone other than myself.)
