I Like You
I don’t know
What it is about you
That I like so much
From the changing colors of your hair
To the way you hear colors
To the scars on your wrist
That tell the twisted story
Of the graceful smile upon your face
But it’s probably
The beautiful song your eyes sing when ever
I look into them
And the way loneliness disappears
When your hand grabs mine and
Fills the space of emptiness
With warm feelings
And for the first time in a long time
I feel okay
