Paramours in the night
Sneak out to be with each other
In a big field, under a starry sky
The three hours we spent together
Were the best hours of my life
A kiss on the cheek
And feelings I don’t want to leave
No matter how cold it gets at 2am
I would gladly sneak out to see you again
Leaving to see you in the middle of the night
Might sound wrong
But it feels so right
So kiss me softly in the dark
And wrinkle my shirt along with your nose
I’ll continue to tickle you
Hoping you’ll laugh away your woes
