You reach for my hand,
I flinch away,
It’s not your fault,
you didn’t cause this.
I must have dreamt it up,
Cause I thought I held your hand too.
I’ll find an island all to myself,
Its not a bother,
I’m happier by myself,
I’m not pretty enough for you,
Even my mirror laughs at me.
