Graduation

Looking to the left,
Looking to the right.
The signs were all there, so big, so bright!
Graduation is fast approaching;
All these teachers did a nice job coaching.
Never did I stop to think,
That I should thank these teachers,
Tickled pink.
Throughout these years I’ve had a blast,
But in the years to come, it will just become the past.
Yes I will miss all my friends,
But then again, new friendships will be right around the bend.
Walking across that stage like a lurking cat,
It will all be worth it,
When I throw that hat.
