A lost river that's made its own path
Flowing so deep and free
Filled with branches and muffled trees
I step inside this lonely creek
The wather flows with so much strength
The current glides with so much grace
...But it's just a lonely creek
built from a river thats lost its way
this creek was made a lonely stray
A lonlye stray now long and free
This creek was built and made for me.

My poem would fit well in your magazine because many teens can relate. They all have times where they feel down and just need to get away. They will find relation to this poem.
