Lacrosse feelings
It all began the night of lacrosse tryouts. I was with my friends and we left our laziness at home. This whole week is lacrosse tryouts and I’m feeling anxious right about now. Everyone who is trying out has to do a three-mile run on the track and finish in less than twenty-one minutes. If you want to make varsity, this is almost essential. I already know that I’m not ready for varsity nor will I be able to make the run on time. The worst part about tryouts is that after the three-mile run we have an entire practice of two and a half hours. The other bad part about tryouts is that if you don’t make the three-mile run the first time then you have to run it again until you make it. My best advice for anyone trying out would be to train hard and to start training at least a few months before tryouts. The worst feeling is showing up the first day knowing that you are unprepared.
