The Journey
I journey far to the ends of the sky;
The highest of mountains isn’t too high
Love in my heart and strength in my soul,
I am devoted, my faith not to be sold
I journey with hope through a land no one knows,
God by my side and in him I abide
A mustang I am galloping strong,
Worrying little through meadows of song
Storms will rage, waves will crash, people will divide,
Yet I will still last
I journey for truth over bending, twisting roads,
Sending my prayers to the Lord on his throne
Seeking my purpose, challenges pushing me down,
But back to my feet I will forever rise
Like a gracious swan I glide in the wind,
Singing with nature in sweet harmony
My journey is constant as you may see,
For it’s the journey of life which lives in me.
