Someone once asked me,
whats four words you never want to hear.
At the time, it seemed easy.
"Carli, you are dying" was my biggest fear.
But, now I know I was wrong.
For that night my life changed.
My heart fluttered like the beat of a song.
And still it feels so strange.
Four words I never wanted to hear,
"Your big brothers dead."
Now it seems so clear,
that is what I should have said.
