The Buzzing

I hear it
buzzing in my ear.
My heart begins racing
I can feel the blood flowing through my body
My arms tense up with goosebumps.
The memory flashes through my head.
Me, in second grade
so innocent
so small
I relive that moment every summer
why didn't you go the other way?
You traumatized me for life.
You're by my ear now
I can hear my heart beating
I freeze like a popsicle
I just want you to leave
You ugly bee
