The poem I wish to publish is a topic I noticed by asking my close friends one simple questions, If you had one wish, what would it be? When I received my answers, it shocked me. None I received were to benefit others. Many said that they would wish for great amounts of money, or electronics. When I answered my question, my answer was completely different. World peace, world hunger, things like that, is what I would wish for. Or all these tragedies we faced as a nation in 2012 to 2013. I think I want to get my poem published because I want to change people’s points of view when they could have one wish. Just one wish, could change the world, or destroy it. That is my lesson in my poem, and I want to project it to others, who may think differently.
