Games
Life is all just playing another man’s game
Do you dare to refute?
Because then you will be playing by mine
And only proving my point
In preschool to 8th grade you follow the rules
In high school the grades are the name of the game
If you don’t wanna play that game, you end up in a dingier location
But still playing the same game
You think you can escape?
Because in college the grades continue but now your job is on the line
The man’s game in a career is the boss’ rules
If you are the boss than the government has rules for you
If you are the government, then certainly another government,
Through agreements or threats, treaties or compromises
We are playing by their game
We can only pretend
We never make our own game,
Someone always writes it for us
We pretend we were given freedom
But in actuality we are lab mice
