Reaping dreams.
To see them rotting,
Scrawny vermin.

I wrote this poem in my Creative Writing class; this is a black out poem. We were given an excerpt of a book or newspaper article and chose certain words in it to make the poem, blacking the rest out in sharpie. The passage I created this poem from is in The Hunger Games.
