You'll always be falling
If you're standing
You'll always be looked down
If you climb
You'll be kicked
If you run
You'll be tripped
If you reach
You'll be shoved
If you live
You'll die trying
That's the story
Of this dead body
It will never breath again

It was once walking on a road

The author's comments:
A student got ran over this morning before our school. From what I've heard, he was crossing the street, and the car ran a red light. The kid died after the ambulance got there. I didn't know him. I shouldn't have any right to say anything about him. But I don't want his dead voice to die out either. I want to be a hidden muse, even if only for a poem.
