Love is like a waterfall,
Mystical and pure,
Until it rips your heart,
And you shed a thousand tears,
you can cry all day,
You can cry all night,
But will that really mend
And fix it right?
Hearts are like a vase,
They need to be handled with care,
Once they break, they shatter and are left everywhere,
The pieces cant be found,
Only new ones can be made,
Til you find them on the ground,
Drifting far away..

The author's comments:
All my poems come straight from my heart. Nothing is forced it always flows freely. I wrote this poem after a wonderful relationship ended. My inspiration for writing poetry is to let others see that they are not alone with their problems in the world when a lot a people thing they are.
