Baby Jane
My name was Jane.
I was but five.
I was snatched from my mommy and daddy, at half past nine.
I screamed and I cried,
"Please, mister, let me go back."
But he didn't listen.
He hurt me, he hurt me so much.
I'm bruised and battered, mommy, why can't you find me?
I want my bed...I want my toys...
But he didn't listen.
He continued on.
Up until I could barely breathe anymore.
My name is Jane.
I died in a field.
I was taken by some man.
I want to go home.
