My Dog
My dog barks, sleeps, and eats.
He barks like a roaring train engine.
He eats leisurely like a sloth.
My dog barks everywhere when he hears the doorbell.
He sleeps on the couch or his bed,
And he eats in the kitchen.
My dog sleeps all morning and night.
He eats all day.
My dog sleeps because he is lazy.
He barks because he is alarmed,
And he eats because he is hungry all the time.
