Battling feelings
She looks at the electronic device
She tried holding back the tears that wanted to deny
She skims more
She lays there debating with her feelings
Should she reply back or just throw her phone and walk away
Her heart says yes, her mind says no
He is one fish, she just has to keep fishing, this one fish became stale
The girl loses the battle and replies back
She finally lets go
She realizes he isn’t coming back
Tears fall from her face, those tears turned from saddness to anger
Her phone starts to sore, doing what her mind was telling her all along
She walks away with no return realizing he is just a boy
He couldn’t afford her time and tears
