A defining moment, comes once in a life
My brother and I got it because my dad wanted a new wife.
The wife was my moms best friend,
When she found out, that was the end.

Taken away was our family,
My mother away ,was catastrophe.
Years went on and I waited her return,
She came back at the end of her term.

My dad remarried, with a new child,
It was something that wasn't worth the wild.
My mom here made it okay,
She helped me through my troubled days.

Reality sunk it and it became hell.
Depression overtook and it wasn't well.
Everything changed from what i been through,
From my mom sent away, to my dads new family,
to messing up with school, to feeling alone,
I live myself, because I am my own.
