School has ended,
Sleeps extended.
Warm nice days,
Bye to winters ways.
Finally the snow is gone,
Now we can mow the lawn.
The grass is now green.
Lathered in sunscreen,
I enjoy the suns gleam.
At last, its shorts season
Worn to look cutes just the reason.
Nice cool nights,
Away from the city lights.
Away from hometown,
Vacation bound.
Nice to finally escape,
Alone on the beach as I slowly gape,
It is finally the time for summer.
