A Place
I want a place in this world
A place of love
A place of freedom
A place were we are not judged by difference
Or sexuality.
A place were we, as people, can be ourselves
I want a place in this world just for me.
a place to grow up.
A place to learn
A place to play hide a sneak and tag before a bell rings.
I don’t want a place
That is dark, cold, confining.
A place where sun’s rays cannot reach me.
A place where there is dark age rooming freely.
A boogey man that like to hide in your closet and night
Or under your bed when you sleep.
If there is a place like that
I want to explore it!
Bring light with me.
Bring the balloon down from the tree’s branches.
Bring laughter who sits on my left
Bring Sakkara who sit on my right.
If there is a place that is cold
I wish to bring my warmth.
A bomb that explodes freedom
A bomb that saves the lives and stops wars.
There is a place like that.
I know where it is.
Here.
Right here
In my heart.
That place.
Is home.
