Life finds a way
It’s a cold world
Full of pain and sorrow
Everywhere the eye sees
There seems to be no potential
I find myself in the dark
Without anywhere to go
Evil and pain engulfs the shadows
And broken hearts fill the closets
It seems to me that it’s the end of the road
I end up in a dark field
Wandering endlessly
As if I was waiting for something.
Finally I see a ray of light shine through the clouds
Shining upon a small patch of green lush grass
As a look down, I see an elegant flower
Full of hope and power
I come to the realization
That life always finds a way
If we try hard enough
No obstacles will be strong enough to hold us back
